Hey there, I'm Erin and thank you for considering me as your celebrant.

​

I have a degree in professional and creative writing from Deakin University. I have always been passionate about writing and as a confident 18-year-old my goal was to become a fantasy romance novelist.

 

To make some money while I was studying I got a job as a travel agent and although I finished my degree the call of a hundred countries and a thousand experiences distracted me and continued to demand my focus for the next seven years.

I enjoyed booking once in a lifetime experiences for singles, couples and families alike. My time in the travel industry taught me to always ask open-ended questions, to dig deep and find what excites people.

 

Every person has dreams and expectations and my goal as a marriage celebrant is to help couples get that 'perfect' ceremony. What have you always imagined your ceremony to be like? Are their traditions you want to be included? Do you want to do something different? Something surprising or unexpected? Each wedding ceremony will be tailored to help create your dream, meet your expectations and create a truly once in a lifetime experience. 

 

I am based on the Mornington Peninsula with my partner and our puppy. I grew up in the South East suburbs of Melbourne and I have been to 6 of the 7 continents and 35 countries so for your special day, I am more than happy to travel!
